. Процент активов, затраченных на управление фондом взаимных инвестиций (согласно последней годовой отчетности). Включает в себя такие расходы, как управленческие и консультационные комиссии, накладные расходы и организационные и рекламные комиссии (12b-1). Коэффициент расходов не включает в себя брокерские расходы на управление портфелем, хотя они указываются в виде процентной доли активов в Отчете о дополнительной информации, представляемом фондами в Комиссию по ценным бумагам и биржам. Отчет о дополнительной информации предоставляется акционерам по требованию. Ни коэффициент расходов, ни Отчет о дополнительной информации не включают в себя транзакционные издержки спредов, которые обычно имеют место при заключении сделок с не котируемыми на биржах и иностранными ценными бумагами. Эти два вида издержек могли бы значительно увеличить объявленные расходы фонда. Коэффициент расходов часто называют Коэффициентом операционных расходов (Operating Expense Ratio -OER) .
